🐷돼지고기 앞다리 살을 다른 말로 전지 라고도 표현하는데요, 앞다리 살은 지방과 살코기의 비율이 적당하여 제육볶음, 불고기, 보쌈용으로 자주 사용이 됩니다. 저렴한 금액에 맛은 좋아 식당에서 사용하기에 가성비가 높은 부위입니다. 고기가 결이 거칠어 두껍게 썰면 다소 식감이 퍽퍽 할 수 있어서 저희 Goodmeat은 얇게 슬라이스를 해서 판매합니다 🙂
